SavvyTot sells digital PDF printables. After you buy, you get an instant download — so refunds work a little differently than physical products.
When we can help
- If a file won’t download, is corrupt, or you received the wrong pack, contact us and we’ll fix it or refund you.
- If you simply change your mind after downloading, we generally can’t refund digital goods (you already have the files).
- Free sample packs are free — no payment to reverse.
